 Mobile reflexology offers an alternative for our clients to receive a treatment in the comfort of their own home, office setting, retreats or conferences.

  These personal wellness treatments in your own setting extend the benefits of your treatment: by having a nap, a cleansing salt bath or simply enjoying the lack of stress not having anywhere to go.


Our therapist's are  certified under the Reflexology Association of Canada or RAC and treatments may be covered by your insurance.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the premise that all of the bodies systems are reflected on your feet, hands , face and even ears. With the stimulation of reflected points the body is encouraged to return to a state of balance.

Jenn Wainman is an amazingly skilled, professional and intuitive reflexologist. She uses just the right amount of pressure to promote complete relaxation. Jenn weaves in her knowledge of essential oils and uses them in a way that assists in distressing the body!!

Her passion and knowledge of reflexology, what it is tied to - whether it be a physical organ or an emotional blockage, exceeded my expectations.

My sessions with her have cleared tension in my body, both physically and emotionally. She has stimulated increased nerve function....which resulted in more energy and a renewed sense of balance.
